It’s that time of year again! Stock your freezer with wild-caught Bristol Bay sockeye salmon and cod from our friends at Pride of Bristol Bay.

Pride of Bristol Bay helps us bring responsibly harvested seafood to our community while staying rooted in the values of Slow Food and Slow Fish: knowing where your food comes from, supporting responsible harvests and protecting food traditions and ecosystems for the future.

Pre-orders are open now through August 31, with pickup at our Farm to Fork Festival on Saturday, October 3 from 1–4 PM. A portion of sales supports Slow Food in the Tetons and our work to build a good, clean and fair food system.

Choose from Bristol Bay sockeye salmon portions and fillets, plus wild cod, and stock up for the months ahead.
