We believe it’s important for people to understand where food comes from and how to cook it. Our farm-to-table cooking programs teach kids and adults about the joys of cooking and local food production. We unite food enthusiasts, chefs, industry professionals and food producers to have fun in the kitchen and learn about the connection between health, local food production, agriculture, and the environment.
Mondays and Thursdays after school from 3:30-5:30 for ages 8-12. Sign up through the Colter Discovery Club.
Kids spend time in local vegetable gardens, catering kitchens, grocery stores and ranches and learn how to cook and store local food to last through the winter.
