Roots Kitchen is in its 9th year of business – they started as a farm stand in 2008 and transitioned into baked products and ultimately pies. Eventually, they started preserving the delicious products available from within the Teton Region and creating canned goods to sell in the area. Roots Kitchen focuses on regional and sustainable high-quality food products. They hope to build our local food industry by selling through a “positive food-back cycle,” wherein regionally produced foods go to regionally focused people, and thus grows the production of more local goods.
