In Season is a sourdough bread business and private chef service based out of Victor, Idaho. In Season sourdough bread is 100 percent organic and naturally leavened. Crafted with no sweeteners or oils, it only contains organic flour, fresh Teton water and their own live yeast culture. Most ingredients are hand selected from either side of the Tetons.
