About Huidekoper Ranch
Salad greens, microgreens, tomatoes, and seasonal vegetables
Huidekoper Ranch (pronounced Hi-dee-koo-per) has been a family-owned horse ranch since 1952. The Ranch still grows hay and boards horses but in 2016 they started growing produce on half-acre corner of the ranch. They have one high tunnel greenhouse and some outdoor raised beds. The small-scale operation grows organically and uses biodynamic techniques. Huidekoper is chemical free and uses only compost to fertilize the soil.
