Summer Farm-to-Table Cooking & Farming Camp – LOTTERY REGISTRATION FOR 2021 IS OPEN THROUGH WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17 AT 5PM:
What is Cooking and Farming Camp? Cooking and farming camp takes place on a local farm in the South Park neighborhood in Jackson, WY. Campers start their days planting, cultivating, and harvesting in the garden and end them preparing farm-to-table dishes in the outdoor kitchen. Additional experiences may include building composting systems, exploring the hidden life within the soil, and developing a deeper appreciation for connections within the food system. Five, one-week camps will be offered in 2021. Camp hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Each week will include a family feast on Friday, where campers and their guests enjoy a farm fresh meal and celebration of the week’s events.
