About Lark’s Meadow Farm & Abundance Bread
Sheep and cows milk, cheese, bread, pasture lamb, whey fed berkshire pork and occasionally grass-fed beef
Lark’s Meadow Farms raises sheep and cows to make cheese on a small 20 acre family run farm. They have 100 rugged East Freisian/Lacaune dairy sheep and 8 Brown Swiss cows on the farm situated in the Upper Snake River Valley of Idaho near the Teton range. The animals are well suited to the rugged weather, high altitude (4900ft) and short summers of the upper Snake River valley of Idaho. Lark’s Meadow Farms brings together a stunning landscape, an ongoing family farming legacy, and a commitment to community in their pursuit of producing good food.
