In October of 2013, Slow Food in the Tetons proudly hosted the first Feast of the Tetons dinner. With support from the Alpine House along with Chefs Eric Wilson and Jarrett Schwartz, 50 Slow Food supporters gathered. In celebration of our local food system, guests enjoyed a delicious menu representing the bounty of the Tetons. The event also included a silent auction, thanks to generous local producers and business. We look forward to hosting this event each year.
